Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@jerseyshop.co.in. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

We currently do not accept exchanges for size-related issues. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the issue is confirmed, we will issue store credit, allowing you to make a new purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds at this time.
